Teens are invited to join Cheryl Meyer, who will guide participants through a series of exercises designed to help them generate ideas, develop characters, create settings, and craft compelling plots. She will also provide feedback and support as participants work on their own short stories.

Whether you're an experienced writer or just starting out, this workshop is perfect for any teen who is passionate about storytelling and eager to improve their skills. Students will leave with a better understanding of the elements of a great short story, as well as practical tips for crafting stories that will engage and captivate readers.

This workshop takes place 1-4 pm Tuesday, June 20 in the Idonea Hersee Classroom at Art Reach, 111 E Broadway in Mount Pleasant.
