Join instructor Emily Gunning on an inspiring journey through color and texture in clay. Emily will lead you in creating stunning decorative clay tiles using mid-fire clay and various embellishment techniques, including slip trailing, carving, additive methods, and glazing. By the end of this transformative course, you will have a beautiful set of clay tiles to cherish—perfect for adorning walls, serving as coasters, or gifting to loved ones. Your final projects will be fired and ready for pickup at a later date. While previous experience with clay is encouraged, it is not required. All supplies will be provided.

This 3-week course meets from 1-3:30 pm on Tuesdays, February 4-18, in the Idonea Hersee Classroom at Art Reach, 111 E. Broadway in Mount Pleasant.
